Director of First Impressions

We are seeking a full-time Director of First Impressions in our Richmond, Kentucky office. As Director of First Impressions you will be the first impression to clients, vendors, and visitors. Duties will include answering the telephone and directing calls, greeting clients, vendors, and visitors, assists other team members in the accomplishment of their responsibilities, tax return assembly as well as other administrative duties.

Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma and 3+ years of administrative experience in a professional office setting; excellent customer service, strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; possess strong PC skills including intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; ability to multitask; be dependable, punctual, have an upbeat personality and present themselves in a professional manner at all times. The right candidate will embrace a team culture and have a desire to serve others including clients, co-workers, and community.

Accountant

Baldwin CPAs is currently seeking a full-time Accountant at all locations!

Qualified candidates must have a minimum of a baccalaureate degree from an accredited four-year college/university with a major or concentration in accounting. Minimum 1-2 years of public tax accounting experience is required and CPA is preferred. Candidates must have excellent computer skills and appreciate cutting edge technology. The right candidates will embrace a team culture and have a desire to serve others including clients, co-workers, and community.
