Controllers for Hire

I read an AICPA article once about the importance of having CPAs in your C-Suite. Why? CPAs are increasingly involved in strategy execution and value creation activities. CPAs have a very high level of professional competence, are found to be extremely ethical, understand the importance of life-long learning and the impact of technology in our global economy. Complexity and the pace of change is frantic.

CPAs are no longer asked to provide information to decision makers based upon historical data but have become the decision maker. CPAs are concise communicators. The information at their disposal leads to developing key performance indicators, monitoring and driving strategy execution. They have moved to a position to coordinate strategic initiatives throughout the businesses they advise.

CPAs have always been called upon to perform research and analyze information. We are now being called upon routinely to provide judgement. We must look at the big picture and ultimately understand how the parts fir into the whole. Our work ethic is responsive and results-oriented.

If you have any questions regarding the importance of having a CPA, please give us a call at 1-866-287-9604.
